The Monmouth Museum presents
Night at the Museum
- A Summer Murder Mystery Benefit

Saturday, July 30, 2011• 6:30 - 9:30 pm

You are invited to take part in an evening of murder, mayhem and hilarious high jinks at the Monmouth Museum. Dig out your magnifying glass, discover your inner super sleuth and join our devious cast of characters in an action-packed evening of murderous fun!

The Plot: A national Book Club convention is being held on the campus of Bookdale University. Participants are invited to the campus Museum on Saturday night to view an art exhibition of the noted book cover artist, James Avati. And then the plot thickens...

The Investigation: Tour the Museum’s many galleries with your fellow guests to gather information and search for clues (hint: study the paintings). Fabulous food and drink await you as you solve the mystery.

The Characters: Guests will be entertained by the likes of Book Club advocate Paige Turner and her writer friend Otto Biography. There will be a brief presentation by Cliff Notes, the famous Twitter book reviewer, and books will be autographed by popular romance novelist Harley Quinn. Some of the characters you may encounter include: Crystal Ball, President of the Paranormal Believers Book Club, Thurston Foryou, bottled water distributor for the Book Club convention, Anita Mann, President of the Lonely Hearts Book Club and Ann Taganist, Book Club Convention crasher and known troublemaker.

Join the fun in uncovering clues as a Super Sleuth, a Daring Detective, or an Amateur Investigator. There are a limited number of choice parts available, so order your tickets early.
