Each of the programs and exhibitions at the Museum is designed with the goal of increasing curiosity and learning. For children who visit with their families and schools, the Museum has developed strategies to make learning fun by employing hands-on, participatory activities which engage and focus young visitors.
In the Becker Children’s Wing, children can work in the Green Arts Studio, explore our Dinosaur Touch Wall, and dig for fossils in our Dino Digs. You can also borrow books or take a break in our Media Center.
The WonderWing is designed for early childhood education with elements that stimulate curiosity, enhance understanding, and draw young visitors to experiment, imagine, explore and discover.
Please note, both the Becker Children’s Wing and WonderWing are temporarily closed. Stay tuned for updates!
