VISITING FAQS
When can I visit the Museum?
The Museum will be open Tuesdays through Sundays from 10am to 4pm. The Becker Wing is open ONLY Saturdays and Sundays 10AM-4PM unless otherwise stated. PLEASE NOTE Hours may change without advance notice due to staffing, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please follow us on social media, or call the museum for the most up to date information.
Do I need a reservation?
Timed ticketing is no longer required but preferred. Online ticket purchasing is recommended to expedite the check-in process; however, admission can also be purchased at the Front Desk upon arrival. If you are a member, remember to log in to reserve your tickets for FREE!
Is there a discount for active military families?
Yes! You can make your reservation online and enter the code MMUSA. Your cart will update to show a zero dollar balance. When arriving at the Museum you will be required to show a valid military form of identification
Is there a discount for families with SNAP cards?
Yes! You can make your reservation online and enter the code SNAP. Your cart will update to show a zero dollar balance. When arriving at the Museum you will be required to show a valid SNAP card and valid form of identification, such as a driver’s license.
Is the Museum free for Brookdale staff and students?
Yes! You will still need to make a reservation online and can enter the code BCC at checkout. Your cart will update to show a zero dollar balance. When arriving at the Museum you will be required to show a valid Brookdale ID.
Is the Museum free for NARM members?
Yes! North American Reciprocal Museum Association Members will still need to make a reservation online and can enter the code NARM at checkout. Your cart will update to show a zero dollar balance. When arriving at the Museum you will be required to show a valid NARM ID.
