Monmouth Museum is growing — coming to Dunellen in 2026!

For more than 60 years, the Monmouth Museum has inspired curiosity and creativity from our home in Lincroft, NJ in Monmouth County. Generations of families, artists, and lifelong learners have discovered the joy of exploration through art, science, and culture inside our walls.
 

Now, we’re excited to share that the Monmouth Museum is expanding! Our second location is coming soon to 264–266 North Avenue in downtown Dunellen, New Jersey, opening in 2026.
 

Just steps from the train, this new space will bring the magic of Monmouth Museum to Middlesex County—with exhibitions, workshops, and hands-on learning experiences designed for all ages. Visitors can look forward to rotating art and history exhibits and interactive STEAM fun for kids, families, and schools.

We can’t wait to be part of beautiful downtown Dunellen, working alongside Mayor Jason Cilento, local partners, artists, and educators to build a creative hub that celebrates community and imagination.
